How to choose your glasses size

Choosing the right size for your frames is crucial when buying glasses online. Fortunately, this process can be simplified with our guide, designed to help you find the perfect pair of prescription glasses with ease.

Determine your frame size

The perfect match between you and your glasses starts with knowing the right size. At Seecly, we’ve simplified size understanding by using letter codes (S, M, L, etc.).

Measure the horizontal width of your current frame between the two hinges to determine your size.

  • Check the size chart available in the size guide on each product page.
Use this reference to filter the catalogue and find the perfect pair for your face. You can also check the sizes written (usually on the left temple) of your current glasses, or ask the seller for the size on the frame you like (e.g. 52¤18).

Understanding lens size

Lens size is expressed in millimetres and printed on the frame. For example, RB3013 2144 52 □ 16 means the lens width is 52 mm. This measurement directly affects the overall size of the frame.

  • <50 mm = small size (S)
  • 51–53 mm = medium size (M)
  • 54 mm = large size (L)

Other frame measurements

Bridge width

The bridge width, measured in millimetres, indicates the distance between the two lenses. For example, "16 mm" in RB3013 2144 52 □ 16 represents the bridge size. This measurement plays a key role in comfort.

  • Bridge size: 16–22 mm

A larger value means the lenses are further apart.

Temple length

Temple length usually ranges from 120 to 150 mm. It is less critical as the end of the temple arms can be adjusted.
