How to Order?

Buying second-hand glasses has never been easier! Here are the steps to follow:

1. Create your account or log in.

2. Browse our catalog using the filters.

3. Select the frame you like.

4. Add a pack of corrective lenses if needed and send your prescription to [email protected]

5. Add to cart and click on Add to cart and follow the instructions.

Note: If the seller does not validate the sale, the transaction will be canceled, and you will no longer see your Seecly bank imprint on your bank statement.

Virtual Try-On

For some models, it is possible to try the frames virtually by clicking on the "eye" icon on the product page.

This way, you can make sure the model suits your face. With our virtual try-on, you experience a complete shopping experience without leaving home.

Note: Colors during the try-on may vary, consider the aesthetic aspect on your face.

What You Find on Seecly

  • Branded frames only (no fast fashion brands).
  • Non-corrective sunglasses unless requested otherwise.
  • No rimless frames or children's glasses.
  • New single-vision lenses made in France by Krys Group.

The frames come from individuals in France, opticians (stock), or manufacturers (previous collections). All listings are filtered; only frames in "Good condition" to "Nine" are offered. The original case of the frame will be sent if provided by the seller in good condition, otherwise, a Seecly case and a microfiber cloth will be provided.

Condition of the Frames

  • Nine: New frame from a professional seller's clearance.
  • In mint condition : Hardly ever worn, no defects.
  • Very good condition: Some discreet micro-scratches.
  • Good condition: Visible signs of wear.

The condition of a frame is defined by the seller when listing it, not by Seecly.

Please check the photos and descriptions. You can contact the seller for more details or zoomed photos, and negotiate the price via "contact the seller" on the product page.

If a major defect is detected, not presented in the listing, our Workshop will contact you to decide whether to proceed with the transaction.

The right size

To simplify size interpretation, we have implemented a size correspondence in letters (S, M, L, etc.) on Seecly.

The frame size refers to the horizontal width measured between the two hinges. You can measure this width on your current frame to determine your size and refer to the chart available in the size guide on each product page.

Use this correspondence to filter the catalog and find the perfect pair of glasses for your face.

You can also refer to the sizes noted (usually on the left temple) of your current glasses and ask the seller for the sizes indicated on the selected frame (e.g., 52¤18).


Optical frames:

  • The old corrective lenses are removed.
  • The new lenses will be installed if you ordered a prescription pack.

Sun frames:

  • Delivered with their original sun lenses.
  • Order tinted corrective lenses (category 3/100% UV) in green, brown, or gray. Indicate the tint in the email with your prescription. By default, the original color will be ordered (excluding gradient).
  • To replace non-corrective sun lenses, select from our packs and specify that no correction is needed.

The pupillary distance considered will be the one specified by your ophthalmologist on your prescription, otherwise average centering will be applied.

To change only the lenses while keeping your frame, order your lenses pack alone in "Replace my lenses" send us your glasses with the prepaid label you will receive, and your prescription to [email protected]. Learn more.

Order Tracking

You can track your order in your personal space via "My orders," select the purchased frame to view its progress until you receive it. You will also receive a mail from the carrier with a tracking link.


After receiving your order, you benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee by requesting a return for refund via email at [email protected]. No justification will be required..

  • Within 2 days if the seller is an individual.
  • Within 14 days if the seller is a professional.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on the seller's shipping time, the type of order, and the carrier's speed and the location.

  • For frames without corrective lenses: 10-20 days on average, depending on the location.
  • For frames with corrective lenses: 15-25 days on average, depending on the location.

Remember, this time includes several steps: the seller has 6 days to send us the frame, we recondition it, order the corrective lenses if necessary, then the frame is shipped to you to start its new life at your place.

All frames first go through our workshop to be refurbished.

It takes up to 10 days for a frame without corrective lenses.

For a frame with corrective lenses, the time is up to 15 days.

For international deliveries, the preparation time remains the same, but the shipping time varies depending on the destination.

The delivery time also depends on the speed of the seller's shipment and the carriers' delivery times.

You have two delivery methods available when placing your order:

  • Home delivery with Colissimo.
  • Delivery to the Krys store of your choice. You will need to select it at the end of your purchase on Seecly. You will then benefit from adjustments and personalized fitting.

On, you shop with complete security. The information transmitted by the buyer during payment is securely encrypted and sent directly to the MangoPay bank server. Seecly neither stores nor has access to your banking information. The money is debited only once the seller confirms the availability of the item (within 48 hours after the order). No amount will be charged if the item ordered is unavailable. Your payment is only transferred to the seller when you confirm receipt of your item or 48 hours after receipt.

It is possible to negotiate the price within reasonable limits. To do this, you need to contact your seller directly by clicking on "Contact the seller" and make your price offer. If your offer is accepted, the seller will need to update the price of their item.
