Mykita est une marque de lunettes allemande créée en 2003 par 4 designers : Harald Gottschling, Philipp Haffmans,
Daniel Haffmans et Moritz Krueger. Pour la petite histoire, ces 2 derniers avaient initialement fait parti de la création
d'une autre marque de lunettes allemande : ic! Berlin.
Le nom "Mykita" fait référence à leurs premiers locaux : une crèche, que l'on surnomme en allemand "Kita".
La marque Mykita s'est fait connaitre par la réalisation de lunettes techniques, proposant des charnières sans vis,
ultra légères dans leur version métal ("Collection n°1") réalisées en acier chirurgicale, mais aussi par son côté ultra
design. Leurs lunettes sont souvent aperçus sur le nez de stars comme le modèle "Rolf" porté par Brad Pitt.
